i m student of b.tec 2nd year Hindustan College of Science & Technology there is a humble request for you i have got addmision Hindustan College of Science & Technology. i belongs to sc category i m not able to fullfil the fee criteria of collage. my condition if too deplorable so i can not effort the fees of collage.

kindly take the proper and legal action against so that collage should refund the fee?
