Didn't Get My CBSE class 10th Marksheet yet

Sir,

i applied for My 10th class Marksheet roll no. 1184199 passed in 2009 from Kendriya Vidhyalay Raipur. I deposited all Required document with DD of Rs 170/- from Dhamtari but not received my Marksheet. Than I again farworded my document with DD of Rs 170/- and still I didnot get the Marksheet yet.

Please advice me what I can do to get the cartificate which is required to deposite for further study
