I CALLED UP ONE D BRANCHES OF -DIT OFFICE TRIVANDRUM AND GOT A VERY BAD SERVICE THEY SIMPLY HUNG UP ON ME DURING MY 1ST EXCHANGE AND WEN I CALLED UP AGAIN I WAS REALLY SHOCKED TO FIND DAT D PERSON JUST PUT D RECEIVER AWAY.IS DIS D WAY TO TREAT CONSUMERS??? IS IT D WAY TO BEHAVE WHEN APPROACHED FOR A CERTAIN COMMUNICATION??? THIS IS VERY HUMILIATING PLEASE SEE TO THAT THESE KIND INCIDENTS NEVER HAPPEN AND TAKE NECESSARY DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST THESE KIND OF IRRESPONSIBLE PERSON AT THE INFORMATION DESK
