I had placed a order of CD of Kamsutra on 15.02.2010 and I had paid for the same a sum of Rs 299/-from my a/c vide transaction no-257931G17079608 to you in the a/c no-30849321357 on the same date but still I am not getting any information from you in this regard. Please do the needful to send my item or refund my amount of Rs 299/- as soon as possible. Treat it most urgent.
