Not giving Driving License

I joind Chandu driving school in dec. I have paid the full amount they mentioned for Car learning and Driving License. I got trained in Jan. Then till 30 Oct i dint get my D.L..They are fooling to all the people joined. They are asking still Rs.1500 extra even after paying their mentioned amount.

Please dont join that BLOODY Chandu Driving school
