Refund of fees

My son has taken admission for CAT course for 2011 at the above centre at Dadar Branch, Mumbai_ Receipt NO 1797 dt 25/06.card 6AAD4357I For 2012.But as the admission process of 2010 was still under process. He got admission at TAPMI Manipal for MBA admission under 2010 CAT score. As the 2011 admission was not required I applied for refund of fees at the above institute. But they have refused refund with the reply no refund as per policy email
