For whole laptop

I had purchase dell vostro1014 laptop on 22.2.2010. when i had purchased this laptop so the dealer told me that, that laptop is good for doing any work. but it do not done good work when we connect the laptop with internet so we face mane problem with it so i humbly request to you plz. come and repair my laptop.
