Regarding my mobile postpaid bill

I am Ashutosh Pandey my mobile number was 7500774488 of Idea company.
I am not using this number from last march.
that time my idea bill was Rs. 200 and i have also deposited Rs.100 as a security money.
I have told him for disconnecting my number then they asked me to submit my current bill then i have asked to balance it with my security deposit.
from last one month they are continuously blackmailing me from various way.
Today they crossed the limit and from defferent no. these numbers continuously calling me on the behalf of Tees Hazari Court and blackmailed me that if you will not submit bill i will submit a case against you.
sir i am totally harassed and disturbed from last one month and my study is also disturbing due to this matter.
Please help me as soon as posible
