Course not completed on time

Dear sir,

I have join my course on december and the course was of 15months duration. The course has not completed yet and they are asking for some 5 - 6 months more to complete the course. I left my job in thinking that course will be compled on time and i m staying in pg which also costs much due to this long duration of course. I dont have time now to wait nymore as my pg ccomodation and transportation costs me much. Plz help in for compensation for the time and money they have waisted of mine.
