Delay in providing Books and other course materials

This is Vignesh Parandhaman, joined HCE in December paying a fee of Rs.55000.

Till now I havent received any Books or other course materials even after completing 2 modules and no response from the incharge officials even after enquiring several times.

I couldnt take up my online exam for completed modules due to delay in receiving SAP code for me.

I demand an explanation and immediate action to provide me the books and SAP code as soon as possible.
