SUB: REFUND OF FEE (MBA2081904, DISTANCE LEARNING PROGRAMME)

1. I, Major Sudhir Payal enrolment No MBA2081904 (valid upto Oct), am writing this application to you with a request for to terminate my enrolment from the above MBA programme & refund of fee paid by me ie Rs 68548/- (Rupees sixty eight thousand five hundred & forty eight only) towards the above programme. Details of fee paid are as under :-

2. I am also constrained to inform you that I have forwarded a number of applications to you with the above details by post, but I have not received any reply from your office till date.
3. The reason for withdrawing from the above programme is due to my job. I wish to state that I am an Army Officer and posted in a remote area of Jammu & Kashmir. The job of Army as you will also understand is itself very challenging & demanding. Moreover serving in counter Insurgency area demands even more commitment from an army personnel. With these additional responsibilities to shoulder, extreme serving conditions, paucity of time & leave constraints, It has become virtually impossible for me to pursue the course.
4. In view of the above you are requested to terminate my enrolment & refund an amount of Rs 68, 548/- to me as a refund of fee already paid by me. I also wish to inform you that I have not appeared for any exam conducted under this pgme till dt. I hope the request of this serving soldier will be addressed at the earliest.
