Not refunding the money

I enrolled myself for MS Finance program in the year 2006 and appeared twice for the Alpha level exam but could not clear it. From last three years my working hours are very busy I am not able to study. I am working for 12 to 14 hours a day. I dont have time to study. hence I requested ICFAI to return my hard earn money after deducting the minimum charges. I have books for Alpha and Beta Level which is still untouched.

I work whole night to earn money. I have too many family responsibility.

But they are not considering my application.
