No tower of smart in bit mesra and always problem of network

Sir, i am a student of bit mesra, ranchi, Jharkhand.and i always face problem with the network of smart in inside the college. and your customer are big chitter they always cut my balance without giving me information. if you will not take action about this than i will complain in consumer forum.and last my mobile no.09798944017.
