Dear sir

my cell no. 9090193844 has been cancelled by your concerned authority due to not resubmitting the documents. But i' ve already submitted my all required documents while purchasing of sim so why should i resubmit?

therefore i request you plz be kind enough to reactivate my sim considering the above facts as earliest possible for which i will be obliged.
