I have not yet received the study material

I am a student of MBA from IGNOU.

I live in Jamnagar.

My enrollment no. under MBA course is 102021498.

I have yet not received my study material and i am having my exam in dec. 2010.

I have to submit assignments before 30th september.

How can i do that?

And person at jamnagar center said that it will still take 20-25 days.
