I have taken admission in the CERTIFICATE PROGRAMEE ON HUMAN RIGHTS in January session. I have received my Study materials. But Sir, The study materials and the TUTOR MARKED ASSIGNMENT TOPICS which has been sent by the IGNOU regional centre are outdated, i.e., instead of this year’s (2011 session) I have been provided with year 2009’s Study materials and assignment topics. Moreover I have not got my enrollment number yet. I have tried to contact with the Regional centre but no one is giving any response... even they donotpick up dhe telephone also
As per the IGNOU rule the Assignments & the Examination form for the June term end examination are to be submitted before 31st march. Since i have not got proper study materials yet and also the enrollment no. i am worried whether i''ll be able to write the june TEE or not. Hence, it is my earest request to you to kindly look into the matter.
