Subject :- Complaint regarding Angelic Public School running illegally.
Sir,
With due respect I’ld like to say that at E-107, Jawahar Park, Devli Road, Khanpur, New Delhi 110062 there is school named Angelic Public school running on Illegal premises because the building is not passed by the DDA. The school is not recognized by MCD.
The building is not on the commercial land neither on the mixed land use certified. This is a residential land, there is no conversion charge submitted to the MCD. There are more than 350 students in this school and the building is not fire safe. And the neighbors are facing lot of problems, because there is a school running so there is a lot of noise due to which neighbors are not able to take rest at there homes.
So I request you to look into this matter and please take some necessary action. I’ll be very thankful to you.
