We got appointed as Assistant Professor at IPEM and joined the
institute on 12th August. On 8th september We resigned (Due to rude and
misbehavior of Head of department Dr Nidhi Srivastav) with notice
period to organistion so as to do my handover process. On this the Management of organisation rejected my notice period and asked to leavethe college immediately.
They treated me like a Slave.
There fore we started my no due clearence process.
We cleared all the no dues by depositing all the issued books and
other things which were issued to me and got the no due certificate
from organisation and sumbitted to main office.
We met Director General Col A S Malhotra and asked to release my
salary which is due. He denied, abused and SAID "I DO NOT WANT TO
TALK TO YOU, GO FROM HERE"(Arrogantly: with no respect to women, by
giving wrong gestures)
After that we thought that Chairman will listen to me hence we went
with this hope to the chairmain office. There to my horrifying and
depressing experience the PA Ms Kawaljeet Kaur rejected my request to
meet executive director Dr B S Goel. We told PA that we will call you
to follow up about my salary release but she said that "No NEED TO
ASK, YOU WILL NOT GET even a Single Penny"
History===========
From day one
of my joining in the institute We got harassed by the HOD. We was also
having other personal reasons which organisation did not understand
and harassed me even more. They used to use Absurds against me and
also used to use Unparliamentary language. They used to give me lot
of mental torture and discriminate me.

After clearing my no dues: we came back to our residence and thought that Indian Court Of
Law Will Help us To Get our Salary.
With Due respect to the Indian Consumer Court and High hopes I want
you to solve my case to get my salary.
