Sir, the problem is that, that delhi university had posted my B.Com. final year marksheet alongwith the provisional certificate but, i still have not got it. whenever i go to S.O.L. they asked me to inquiry to post office, and when i go to there they said the same thing to me.
now delhi university said that i have to pay Rs.1000 to get the duplicates. kindly take some action against them. thank you
