Not refunding the amount submitted in the name of admission

Respected Sir,

I am here by to say that my ward Ms. Nidhi Sahay, who has deposited an amount of rs. 20, 000 by DD no. 313400/313397 dt. 07th July, failed to take admission in your prestegious institution due to her financial condition. She made call to the institute and they said they will refund her the amount but till yet we haven't got any response from you people. I am bearing the slip for the deposit of that amount. Do let me know to your earliest what need to be done.

I had mailed this mail to the institute and didn't got any response till yet. I called them thrice and they said they will response me back but till now neither I got any mail or response from them. Even now when I call them, they are not responding to my call. Kindly take the required action
