I am Ashutosh Mishra, Student of Diploma Engg. Branch E.C from I.S.EM Dhanbad session 2011.

I would like to state about the management system of the college.

which is delaying in issuing the marksheets.

There i am unable to take admission in b.tech course for my further studies as i dont want to waste a year,
