I had deposited rs152000 as a sem fees on 16th july as ihd tekan admsn in jims on that day due to my family prblm i hd withdrawl my admsn on 25th july i asked them to refund fees they said there will be no refund of fees this will be your penalty they are refundng only 5000 out of 152000 i said them that i will go to consumer court they said"tmhari marji karlo case pehle hi itne case pade h ek r karlo to kya ho gaya" tell me what i will do plz help me
