I am Virendra Kumar Soni S/o Shri Ram Autar Soni and passed my b.tech 2011 from Kali Charan Nigam Institute of Technology Banda. And i want to know that what is the reason that my fee refundable money of 11 is not deposited by college/ samaj kalyan bibhag banda, in my account. Is it a part of corruption.
