Issue of OD

I completed my B.A. degree in June 1995 and Andhra University did not send my Original Degree so far. Andhra University demanded money as interest to locker service for belated years as penalty. It is the policy of squeezing money from unemployed students. Please change the policy of that. How to pay amount by educated unemployee for Original Degree to Andhra University or any other universities. The Government have to pass a lawful Act or G.O. to issue all the original degrees (OD) to educated unemployee pending and kept in all Educational Universities for free of cost.

This is my obligation. Government will consider the issue sincerely, severely and seriously. In this regard, the Universities policy is injustice, unlawful, and looty (dopidee) to educated unemployees of India. The Student has already paid amount for getting OD at the time of payment of Exam Fee.
