Folding of laptop not working properly

Dear sir/madam

my laptop have a problem that the folding of laptop is not working properly. and dvd writer some time read the dvd and some time doesnt read.

pls accept my complain and solve Asap. as i feel that the lenove is the best that to to be done as my belief
