I had taken admission for Basic & Advance at Let’s Talk Institute Bhayander center on 7/7/10. But there is lot of problem, in 4 four month we have just completed the Basic Course
I had talk with Director of Let’s Talk Institute MS Getanjali & She said that there is no advance batch at Bhayander.& You have to do Advance at our Mira road Branch from 15/1 in 7..30 Pm to 9.00 Pm Batch.
Till 20th jan I not received any call from either Mira Road or Bhayander center
& when I inquire at Bhayander center & centre is no more at Bhayander
After 5to 6 days continuous follow-up with Kandivali center I get a call from Mira road Branch that in 7.30PM to9.00 PM Batch there is still basic is going on. & Advance will be start with in 1.5 Month Time.
They suggested me other Batch & other center which not possible for me I cannot wait 1.5 Month
I have submitted a application for Refund for Half fess on 3/2 .Till today in don’t received any response from their side & Whenever I follow up they are saying that we have forwarded your letter but we did not received any reply & it will take 1or 2 days. Every time when I follow up the answer is same.
More ever from 15/2 onwards they are not picking my phone.
Therefore I request you to please look into the matter & reply what should I do at my email [email protected]
