Exam Papers - Certification

I had taken admission for MBA [distance learning] in NIM in year now when i wanted exam papers, there is nobody in the office who can guide me. I tried to contact all the nu, bers mentioned on site but all of these numbers are wrong. So, do confirm me who should I ask. I had already paid fees for this course. How can I take this amount back from institute?

I had also send mail [mentioned in the website] to institute but till date there is no reply from them.
