Non reciept of admit card or acknowledgement

Sir,

I have applied for NDA (1) exam for admission to the 125th course (Form no: 37040609). I sent my application via speed post on 8th November. I have not recieved the acknowledgement card or the hall ticket yet. I would be grateful if you could inform me of the status of my application.

The exam is only 3 weeks away and i am getting deeply concerned about this issue.
