Egarding study center not give information

Hi sir/madam

i am subhasish mukherjee, last year i am admitted in the m.sc mathematics in the time of septembar in wbnsou (west bengal netaji subhas university), in the study center which is located in our area (sgb college, bagati), but this year when i asked in the month of july-august to my study center for assignment and also for renewal time and exam date they cannot give any things proper informations about it, they only give a mobile number which is switched off all the time.also they tell me that my id card which is also not come.but yesterday i saw that exam date is given to your website, also in the month of august i send many email about asking help from your end, but all the try is goes in vain.

please help me to complete my m.sc degree from your university
