Respected Sir/ Mam,
As an aware resident of our society in Shalimar Bagh Area of North West zone of delhi I would like to bring in light the illegal construction and illegal commercial activities in BR Block in Shalimar bagh delhi 110088 . In BR 55C D a commercial coaching institute in running in the name of PACIFIC TUTORIALS and it is a total nuisance for the residents of our society as hundreds of students come to this institute creating a lot of noise and disturbance to the residents. They also pass nude remarks on the girls in our locality and when any senior citizen tries to stop them they use abusive language. The owner of the coaching had been informed many times regarding this but of no use.
The coaching have constructed a room on BR 55E which is not permitted legally as only D floor is allowed and that too covering half the total area but here D is completely constructed and even E floor. I request the MCD officers to take strict action and remove the illegal construction as well as the commercial coaching from residential area. Thank You
