Hello this is my no 9600441688, in my phone gprs is not connected for more than one day till now it is not connected i called to customer care for more 12 to 13 they not answered me properly respond since now i started my complaining morning 9am now time is1.00am, i spoken to them more than 1.30 hrs when called morning they told it is temporary problem and they told wait for 2 hrs it will be solved if you not got connection call them so i waited for 5 hrs and i called to them again they told wait for 2 hrs you will get connection at 7 o'clock if you not got connection call them and i waited and called them at 8o'clock again again and again they told same answer that is wait for 2hrs like 9.30... 1.30 and for calling them we want to wait for 2 to 3min to connecting customer care employees so today i spended more than 3 hrs for this problem i talked with every customer care for 30mins i told them to every one for same complaint and same thing to every one they also told me same worthless answer to me i called to 12138 from morning onwards they are not reasonable answers first one person told call 198 for register complaints, another one told today they not registering complaints, they are giving different different crazy answers after our same 30mins speech at last that 12138 TL some head told that we are not in charge for this, in between somebody cutted the calls toooo, and then we are called 121 head again he also speaking those crazy same mad answer why u are having so many customer care no's like 12138, 121, 19& sooooooooo, there is no power to them to refund or anything everybody telling air tell is best now you lasting by means of these, for me today nearly 15rs gone for speaking those customer care because you are charging 50paise for 3mins, i charging money that RS98 for gprs and soooo, for this only job for customer satisfaction but for us this is not a job we have so many works whenever we are free only we are using gprs, but you are doing like this. OK what you are going to say about this we only paying money and we are wasting our money too by complaining about your problems by calling customer care.

you are recorded what i speaked with you morning onwards once hear what i speaked and what they answered, what you going to say about this wasting of my time and everything not only for me this is happening for every one it is not corrected it may be big customers loss to your company...

i am using air-tell more than 8 years with different no's and my family also you not taking any action for this as soon as people will start change this network first customer satisfaction must...
