Bill not received

I purchased a water purified of Aquaguard Company. I made partial payment by cash and the balance by Chque. The Agent (Manisha) said that I will get the bill only once the cheque gets cleared. After 6 months of wait when i did not get the bill.i call her, she said that you will receive bill very soon.but still bill not received. than i requested to customer care they loged a call and said that within 45 days they will send my bill to my address. "still bill not received" after 50 days i agin called customer care they said "will send your bill by courier... same story. now is 3 month over and i still not received my bill. Miss Manisha (Kalyan branch, Mumbai) will be the dealing asst.. Till date, i have not received a call from the branch, whenever I have called them, they only said me that will call back, but no response is received thereafter.

last time she said " aapko jaha complient karna hai kar lo hamare paas time nahe hai mai bahot busy hu"

i dont know what to do in this condition. my complaint id is 86488278
