Non delivery of product

I booked Aqua Guard Total NF of Eureka Forbes through their representative making door to door calls. I paid Rs 13300/- by cheque no. 127412 (bank's name--SBI commercial and international bank) dated 27/11/09 -under exchange scheme. Cheque was duly realised and money withdrawn from my bank.

After making innumerable calls to various departments, water purifier was delivered on 23/12/ 09, nearly after a month, but it has not still been installed. It is just lying in the house.

Company's internal coordination is extremely poor. The person who booked the water purifier, went to his native place soon after and nobody was willing to do the job in his place. Only after he returned from his holidays did I get my purifier, but still uninstalled.

I am surprised that company has no system of working. At the time of booking I was promised that machine would be delivered next day and installed day after.

I want to know how many more days the company wants for the installation of water purifier.

Please say what you are going to do and do what you say.

I have lost the good image, I had about your company.
