DEAR SIR,
i have eurika forbes product AQUAGUARD NOVA .
for last 2 months this water purifier is not working.
we have been renewing our service contracts on time with the company itself
but there is no responce from company end
we keep on calling in customer helpline but no one comes 2 repair our product.
aquaguard is not working for last 2 months and we are forced to have tap water which is making us unhealthy.
it has incurred our children with stomach problem
plz look into the matter
