Please note that i am an owner of a water purifier aqua guard inova model. I have been using the same for the past 8 years. as i have shifted residence from thane to sion i had asked for reinstallation of the unit. the mechanic has charged me Rs. 825/- citing reasons of a new diiverter and so on... At the same time he has asked us to take up an amc otherwise there is no guarantee the unit will work.
The next day of reinstallation the unit has fallen down from the wall (unbelievable!!!). Repeated calls to the service centre has been to no avail...
The unit was reinstalled on 11/07. it has fallen down on 12/07.
The receipt no. for reinstallation charges is 16000245.
The franchise is dattatray services, dadar east. please look into the matter.
