I purchased aqua guard total inova water purification system on dated 28.09.2009 vide bill no 012332 (unit sr.no.2017104) from authorized dealer at Shimla (H.P) for rupees 8850/ cash. The sale representative of company Mr. Mahinder Thakur installed the system improperly and it is not working from very next day. I called upon the tel.no.01772657418, 09817153959, 09817145715 given by the sale representative many times but it is very said to mention that despite my repeated request they did not attend my complaint. It is very painful to mention that the company has provided the poorest customer care facility to me and i felt cheated. I Once again request that you kindly direct your representative to install the system properly.
