Respected Sir,
I am sorry to register the following complain regarding eureka forbes' customer service:
On 2nd June, I called Rajajinagar office and requested them to give a demo, so that i can purchase "total infiniti". I requested them to come at 6.00 pm. on 3rd and install. But your sales managers never bothered to turm up at the right time instead landed at 8.00 pm. He (Mr. Santhosh) promised to bring the purifier and install the next day but failed to turn up.
Hence, I registered for a live demo online. One Mr. Satish came promptly at 6.00 pm and was giving a demo of various models, in the meantime Mr. Santosh also arrived and both started arguing who'll take the order.
Ultimately both have not come, and the end result is that I have decided to buy LG water filter because of your sales managers behavoiur. This is not the first time that your sales personal are behaving in this manner.
Your company will certainly be lagging behind if you are going to continue to offer such pathetic services.
