To whomsoever it may concern
Sir we are living in haldwani city since last 10 years we are using eureka forbes aquaguard (nova) we usually call to authorised service dealer for any problem in the purifier but from last two years the staff of the agency or franchisee delaying unnecessary for rectifying the complaint and also misguided us and ask for unnecessary expenses like you have to pay this much amount of money for this part and all, they literally misguided us in public language this practice is called malpractice or deceptive practice so please take a note of my complaint
