Waterfilter is faulty

I have purchased aquasure Nano RO system few months back, since begining this is having leakage problem and company has failed to repair this.

while the asking replacement of machine, they are shifting the blame on dealer now.

very poor, technical staff with very poor customer care service.

i also saw more than 250 such complaint here against same company, i am not sure if this has any impact or not.
