Aqua sure crystal water purifier
No response for repairing

I purchased this product from kings electronics pvt.ltd from new panvel on 13/10 this product is under warrenty period (WARRENTY PERIOD OF ONE YEAR) i made a complaint they send the technician he told the circuit had gone he changed that also but after two weeks again the same problem. I complained again on 21st of july the same complaint so i asked the technician why you are not replacing with new parts then he said we are getting from company only the repaired parts.. then i said no i need new circuit otherwise again after 2 weeks i will have to face the same problem but no favarable reply from them. then i directly contacted with aqua sure they are telling the parts is not avaliable then i told them to replace the product but nothing happend till now. still the product is like a dead stock. pls do the need ful
