Not working properly

Dear Sir/Madam,

Iam K.V.R.MURTY, from Bhubaneswar. I had purchased Aqua sure platinum UV water purifier on date 03/12. they installed the purifier on 5th december. after 4-5 days it was not working properly.from that day we have complained to the service centre. After 2 days it worked normally.the nextday mechanic came and tested.he said that it is ok. after sometime the machine stopped working.again i called the mechanic but he said that he will come on monday.after sometime the machine worked properly.on monday the mechanic didn't came. From 22nd december the machine didn't work properly. From that day I am giving regularly giving complaint they are not responding. I kindly request you please

return my money. If you will not take any action within 3 days, I must take immediate legal action.
