Keeping it short, i had purchased Blackberry Handset from Naaptol and due to some reasons there was some technical problem i had booked this product from theri website http://www.naaptol.com, its good to see

that company like naaptol is very transparent they have clearly mentioned on their website it (Refurbished Handset). However, they handset had some settings problem, which i immediately informed naaptol.

They refunded the entire amount paid against the product. I m happy to c the prompt & quick resolution provide by this guys.
