I bought an ASUS M10 mobile phone on 22/08. Since then it has been given for servicing for 5 times at Croma Belapur since it was purchased from there. but till date the problem has not been solved. I still continued to have problems with this phone (hanging, keyboard problems, network access problems, GPS problems, sound problem, it did not connect with the computer, ring problem). Croma center said they would replace it but nothing has been done.
When I send my complaint as email to customer support, it seems that the email address mentioned in their website is incorrect: [email protected], and I get delivery failures.
The product is very poorly manufactured and as result noone is able to helm me.
