Unusual calls

I have a idea prepaid connections but receiving too many calls from regarding dialer tones, news... and other new new schemes... this disturbs us a lot.

today i received a call regarding news, tips for life... n many more thing, i pressed the button n that services got activated on my cell, also rs 20 were deducted from balance now i want to deactivate but i don't know how?

could you plz help us by telling how this service could br deactivated...
