I have orders a swiss watch form ava inthe month of november. As ther was delay in shipment i called and requested to cancell as the product was not shipped yet.
the advisor said will take a request to cancell the orrder and afeter few days i was suprised to see a mesage which confirms the shipment and after receving the product even more suprised it was totally a different watch with an apology letter saying the product is not available. If the product in not available why am i not informed abt it what is bbig deal in cancelling the order when it is not availble.
I called them and requeted to collect the product the advisor (AVA) asked me to adjust with watch as it is the same brand and same price. After making so mant phone call i spk to a floor manger Gourav who confimred that it will be taken back by courrier in 22 days it been a month noone has turned to collect the watch.
And every i call like hieghts of custmer service i get complaint number to my moibile phone and nothing happes. I dont know what to do. Pls advice.
