Nokia 5500
Faulty handset / poor service

I purchased a Nokia 5500 on 31st November and within days the rubber keypad started to peel from the bottom. I took it to a 'Nokia Care' centre called Sheetla WLL Service in Gurgaon, where Mr. Manoj was not only rude but failed to give of any help.

I doubt my family or I will ever buy a Nokia handset - poor show guys!
