I have paid to AVA Merchandising for a DVD Player Home Theatre 5.1 through HDFC card on 25th Feb. 2010 vide order No. HD6254. But I have not received the ordered item. Even though I have contacted Customer Care Center regularly from last 2 months, they have not responded. Kindly do the needful.
