Remote not working:: None responding under warranty

Hi Sir,

I purchased Avis Hi-Tech room cooler with Remote control last month.

Last couple of days remote is not functionining. I am trying to call customer care no

011-65070405 but none is responding.

We need some help for same, authorities should warn these companies so that they can act on customer issues.
