I have purchased a Nokia E63 on 27.05.2010 from Axiom, Park Street Store. From the beginning the hadphone was not working but due to some unavoidable circumstances i was unable to go to their Store immediately and in September I went there to get it rectified. This December I got back the rectified headphone and shocked to see that the headphone is an old/2nd hand. Neither it was mine which was given for rectification nor a new one.
For this simple rectification, I have to go to the Store 4/5 times and they took so much of time that at times I wanted to give up.
If we have to face this kind of problem after purchasing product from a branded company like Axiom, we should go to a small shop to buy.
