After submitting my online form for replacement of BL - 5C Battery bearing serial no: 0670400363563 N383823105992 on 16/08/07, I am yet to receive the replacement from Nokia.
I am totally surprised how Nokia is taking the customer for granted. It is more than 1 1/2 months and I am difficulty with the power/volume always being low. If they do not replace the same the I will have to approach the Consumer Court Complaint Deptt, to seek immediate justice.
